The Tokai Hard Puncher is a near carbon copy of a CBS-era Precision Bass, from the ash body to the Decal, it's easy to see where the Japanese got their inspiration from. Like all Tokai's of this era the build quality, tonal prowess and playability are flawless on this old bass. All the classic Motown tones are easy to achieve or you can open up the tone control and you're in Led Zeppelin territory, the possibilities are limitless on such a great instrument.
