Fender ST62-80SPL

We are thrilled to offer this extremely rare Stratocaster from Fender Japan for sale, not just your standard ST62 due to it's unique spec and utterly mind blowing finish. This particular ST62 has an Ash body, Texas Special pickups and Gold Hardware - but the real magic trick of this guitar is in the White Purple Passion finish.
White Purple Passion was only available on this short run of ST62-80 SPL's in the early 2000's, it's a pearlescent metallic finish meaning the colour of the clear coat changes with the light. This can turn your White Sparkle Strat into a Purple Sparkle Strat depending where you're stood on the stage! How about that for a neat party trick?

Our old Strat is in good condition for an instrument of this vintage. There's a couple of marks here and there (pictured) but nothing unsightly as well as some oxidisation to the gold parts. Freshly set up with a fresh set of D'Addario 10's and ready to go!
