Fender Heritage 60's Jazzmaster
A stunning offset from Fender Japan. The Jazzmaster sat at the top of Fenders catalog upon its release in 1959, marketed towards the Jazz musicians of the time. Unfortunately the success of the more affordable Telecaster and Stratocaster hindered the impact the Jazzmaster (and Jaguar) had on the market.
That all changed in the 90's with the grunge and alternative rock movements stormed onto the scene! With players such as J Mascis, Thurston Moore and Kevin Shields choosing this offset as their weapon of choice!
Our Heritage 60's is a seriously special Jazzer. Produced for the Japanese Domesitc Market exclusively and sporting one of the coolest finish/scratchplate combos we've ever seen on a JM!
