Epiphone Casino JHS
The essential rock 'n' roll hollow body! The Epiphone Casino is an instrument heralded in music law thanks to the players that wielded them; The Beatles loved their Casinos using them throughout their career and into their respected solo careers. Built in the USA in the 60's these guitars were essentially a budget Gibson ES-330 with slight differences.
Very few Epiphone Casinos were built in Japan and these were only sold domestically in never imported. Our Casino was built at the fabled Matsumoku factory which built guitars for Ibanez, Aria Pro etc. Our Casino is a rare JHS (Japanese Historic Series) which swaps the 3 piece Maple neck usually found on these Matsumoku Casinos for Mahogany. The finish on the neck is also different from non JHS models.
