We operate out of an office in Leeds, we sell guitars online, we are not a bricks and mortar guitar shop
Can I come and have a look at an item?
We're happy to have you over to check out the stock, just drop us an email on: sales@guitarzilla.co.uk and we can book something in!
Have the guitars recently been serviced/restrung etc?
All of our guitars benefit from a full set up with D'Addario strings, before they are offered for sale. This includes neck adjustment, nut adjustment, action adjustment, fingerboard oil, fret polish, intonation, electrical components cleaned/replaced and a good clean! Our guitars are ready to go straight out of the box! If you have any specific set up requirements just drop us an email on: sales@guitarzilla.co.uk and we will happily accommodate you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept almost all major credit/debit cards, Apple/Google Pay as well as PayPal and Klarna. If you have any questions about a certain payment method just drop us an email on sales@guitarzilla.co.uk and we'll do our best to help!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend contacting your local customs authority prior to placing an order for an estimate of these charges.
When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days.
What is your returns policy?
If you're not completely satisified with your purchase from us we will gladly have it back.
In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, we offer a 7-day cooling-off period during which you may return products provided they are in their original condition.
If you wish to exercise your right to cancel your order for a refund, you must return the goods to us within 7 days of delivery and take appropriate care to protect them in transit. We recommend using a reputable courier service and insuring the items for their full value.
Please note that you are responsible for both the cost and the risk of returning items unless you have informed us that the goods were received damaged or faulty.
Upon cancellation of an order, we will issue a full refund for the value of the goods. Delivery charges are non-refundable, and a £10 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
