Where are you based? Are you a shop?

We operate out of an office in Leeds, we sell guitars online, we are not a bricks and mortar guitar shop

Can I come and have a look at an item?

We're happy to have you over to check out the stock, just drop us an email on: sales@guitarzilla.co.uk and we can book something in!

Have the guitars recently been serviced/restrung etc?

All of our guitars benefit from a full set up with Daddario strings, before they are offered for sale. This includes neck adjustment, nut adjustment, action adjustment, fingerboard oil, fret polish, intonation, electrical components cleaned/replaced and a good clean! Our guitars are ready to go straight out of the box! If you have any specific set up requirements just drop us an email on: sales@guitarzilla.co.uk and we will happily accommodate you.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept almost all major credit/debit cards as well as PayPal. If you have any questions about a certain payment method just drop us an email on sales@ guitarzilla.co.uk and we'll do our best to help!

Do you offer trades/part exchange?

We are not looking for trades or part exchange.

When will my order be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days.

Which couriers do you use?

We use Parcelforce and UPS for our UK orders, UPS for our European orders and Fedex for our USA orders.

What is your returns policy?

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase from us then we will happily have it back, provided it is returned in the same condition it was received in including any accessories it was shipped with. Return postage is YOUR responsibility and a £10 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Do you have the coolest selection of second hand guitars on the planet?

We certainly like them.
